Rway Transportation provides services in the temperature-control market Over 17 power units of capacity at our disposal. All newer, reliable equipment: 53,48-foot refrigerated air ride trailers Reefers for maximum protection of refrigerated, frozen and other temperature-sensitive loads.

Dispatcher
RWayGo.Trucks is now hiring Class A drivers for Local and OTR positions. We offer drop hook steady runs from Chicago, Illinois, to our three terminals.Requirements and functions include:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required
- Ability to DISPATCH 5 to 8 trucks.
- Must be familiar with all load boards like 3Sixty, Internet Truck stop etc.
- MUST be punctual!
- Highly organized, self-starter with computer skills including MS Office.
- MUST be able to communicate and write in English.
- Bilingual in foreign language is a plus.
- Good communication, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
- Must be able to manage stressful situations and multitask.
- Strong work ethics, quality service oriented, attention to details.
- Experience in consolidation and current working relationships with freight brokers/agents is preferred.
- Understanding DOT regulations for semi-trucks is a plus.
- Knowledge of the market.
Salary will be based on the experience and performance.
